I’m Maverick Peters, founder of Maverick Podcasting, based in Cleveland,Ohio.
Since 2019, I’ve been helping people bring their stories to life through audio, video, and intentional conversation. Whether you’re an individual with a passion to share, a business looking to build trust and expand your reach, or a family wanting to preserve the voice of a loved one… you’re in the right place.
But before Maverick Podcasting became what it is today, it started with a microphone, a dream, and my very first podcast.

The Beginning
It all began with Maverick Mondays my debut podcast where I interviewed world-class leaders, entrepreneurs, authors, and creators. I had the privilege of sitting down with people like Rabbi Paysach Krohn, Lori Palatnik, Robert Rosenthal, Rabbi/Dr. Akiva Katz, Mark Mason, Rabbi Simcha Dessler, Martin Horowitz, and more.
At the time, I didn’t have access to a fancy studio. What I did have was vision and a storage closet in my local synagogue that hadn’t been touched in 17 years, stacked floor to ceiling with boxes and books. Most people saw junk. I saw potential.
I cleared it out by hand, scrubbed it down, and transformed it into a professional, sound-treated podcast studio. Foam panels replaced dusty shelves. Microphones replaced cardboard boxes. And that little room became the birthplace of Maverick Mondays... a place where ideas could breathe and voices could be heard.
Building Maverick Podcasting
Hosting Maverick Mondays taught me the power of intentional conversations. But the real turning point came when a family friend reached out for help launching his own podcast. I jumped in, shared what I’d learned, and quickly realized something important: I enjoyed the production side even more than hosting my own show.
Together, we grew his podcast to unimaginable heights attracting thousands of listeners, generating millions of impressions, and producing six figures in ad revenue. That was the lightbulb moment: I had already done the research, I had already built a studio, and now I saw the opportunity.... I could make this into a business!
Podcasting in Northeast Ohio has always felt a bit like the Wild West there’s no single “traditional” way of doing things. That gave me room to carve my own path. I’ve built strong relationships with other local studios, partnered with big-name companies, and collaborated with incredible organizations.
Including the Cleveland Browns, Adcom, PodPopuli, The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Famous Supply, Ami Magazine, Mishpacha, Salem Broadcasting, Aish HaTorah, RXR, Beachwood City Schools, and more.
Today, Maverick Podcasting operates two professional studios in the Beachwood area of Cleveland, fully sound-treated and designed for comfort and creativity. Clients also benefit from my studio partnerships across the region, giving them flexibility and options.
Since those early days, I’ve produced and consulted on dozens of podcast projects from personal passion projects to branded business shows each one reminding me why I love this work: helping people bring their stories to life.

Money with Maverick
Alongside my client work, I also launched Money with Maverick, a financial literacy podcast designed to make money talk fun, accessible, and non-judgmental for a new generation. In its first year, the show skyrocketed with over 30 episodes published, 40+ guests interviewed, more than 60,000 downloads, and millions of impressions.
The podcast has been featured on ABC News, highlighted in magazines, and celebrated for making financial education both practical and approachable. What started as a passion project has become a powerful platform that bridges the gap between young people and financial literacy.
